All our clients, no matter where in the world they are from, or the extent of their hair loss, share one common experience – They all feel anxious about their initial consultation.
We understand that taking action to deal with your hair loss is not a straightforward decision. Undoubtedly you will have many unanswered questions, coupled with anxieties about how your friends, family and work colleagues would react to your new style, and to the treatment you received if you chose to share it with them.
No pressure, hidden costs or obligation
HIS Hair Clinic, and its staff, conducts its business in an ethical, client-focused manner. We only treat clients who completely understand the procedure, and are comfortable with the decision they are making. No member of HIS staff, anywhere in the world, is focused on “selling” our treatments. We encourage open contact between our clients via our forum, whether old, new or prospective, and we answer all questions as honestly and transparently as possible.
Select one of the options below to complete your form online.
Option 1: Face-to-face
We offer free face-to-face consultations at our locations throughout the UK, Canada, Europe and Asia. Please let us know where you live and we will be happy to let you know the consultation dates we have available in the city nearest to you. A consultation is an ideal opportunity to discuss your requirements with an experienced member of the HIS Hair Clinic Team, who will be able to outline your options, provide you with the answers to any questions you may have and also provide you with a treatment plan and confirmed quotation.
Option 2: Photo & Phone
To save you the expense or inconvenience of traveling, we can determine your requirements via photograph assessment. Following this, one of our qualified consultants will call to outline your options and answer any questions regarding our proposed treatment. Please click here to fill out the online form and one of our team will be in touch to confirm the date and time of your telephone consultation. We will require a selection of clear photographs showing the front, top, back and side of your head, ensuring that any scars or other imperfections are clearly shown.
What to expect at your consultation
No matter which of our consultation options you choose to best suit your needs, we want to ensure you that you will receive all the essential information regarding our SMP treatment, how we advise this will best be adapted to your requirements and of course the cost involved.
While most of our clients choose to visit one of our clinics for a face-to-face consultation -finding that the chance to discuss their thoughts with a dedicated consultant, meet with our practitioners and also take a look around the clinic is second to none, we fully understand that travel implications, work schedules and busy home lives can mean that the opportunity is not always possible. However, with our Photo and Skype Consultation options, you will still have the opportunity to have a private conversation with a fully trained consultant from the convenience of your own home.
What can you expect from these alternative options? We like to be prepared, and so should you – when you decide which consultation option to go ahead with; here are the next steps that you can anticipate.
The Face-to-Face Consultation
Step One: Once you have spoken to one of our friendly Customer Services Advisers and booked your consultation we will be in touch to confirm the appointment. Over the next few weeks, please watch out for our emails, as we will be sending across links to our FAQ’s and directions to the clinic.
Step Two: On the day of your appointment, please be sure to arrive at the clinic on time. Often our consultants will travel between locations, or will visit different cities to make sure they can meet with you face to face – this can mean that their time is limited and we are not always able to accommodate late arrivals. If you have any concerns regarding the time or date of your appointment please contact us as soon as possible.
Step Three: Following your meeting, we’ll make sure to send you a copy of your treatment plan and quotation as discussed with our consultant. We’ll break down the information, so it’s easy and clear to understand. If you are set and ready to book your sessions, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Picking up the phone and speaking with our customer service team is often the easiest way to secure your dates – however if you’re on the run or busy at work please feel free to send us an email and we’ll forward suitable date options to you.
Step Four: If we don’t hear from you, around 2-3 days after your consultation, expect a call from us. We’ll be in touch to clear up any further questions that you may have regarding your SMP journey and will be happy to discuss date options for your treatment. If you are not quite ready to make the decision, let us know and we can see if we are holding a demonstration or open day event at your local clinic. If you miss our call – don’t worry we’ll drop you an email too.
The Photo Consultation
Step One: If you are in a hurry to get your quotation, or can’t make an appointment to see one of our consultants face to face – we highly recommend that you choose this option. Not only can you speak with someone privately; by allowing us to review your pictures we can gain a greater understanding of your requirements too. Please visit our photo form and complete our online form. We’ll need you to upload 2 -3 current photographs for our consultant to review.
Step Two: Once you submit you form, we’ll receive a notification of this. Next we’ll drop you an email to confirm your call back allocation. Most calls are returned during business hours the next day; if the time we send you isn’t suitable please contact us as soon as possible. As we run a fully international customer care centre we do have a greater range of times available to make the call; if you have a tricky schedule and would prefer an early morning or an afternoon call back, let us know right away and we will see what other options are available for you.
